Order and Delivery
You can order your flowers up to one day before the desired delivery date. Delivery will take place the next day between 10 AM and 7 PM.
Currently, we deliver in Vienna and the district of Baden. Upon request, we also deliver to the Vienna surroundings and the district of Mödling. You can contact us for this via WhatsApp, email, or by phone at one of our branches.
If the recipient is not at home, we will leave the bouquet securely at the front door. The flowers are delivered in packaging that provides them with water and keeps them fresh for a whole day. Alternatively, you can specify your preferred delivery method in the notes field of the shopping cart.
Yes, you can select the delivery time slot. To do this, use the comments field in the shopping cart or the delivery instructions field during the ordering process.
Yes, if you can't find what you're looking for online, you can submit your request to us via WhatsApp, email, or by calling one of our branches.
If delivery is not possible due to an incomplete or incorrect address or unreachable contact details, the bouquet will be returned to our nearest store. You can pick up the flowers there or have them redelivered for an additional delivery fee.
Payment
In our online shop, we accept all common payment methods available through Shopify, including credit cards and bank transfers. We also offer payments via Klarna and PayPal to ensure convenient and secure transaction processing for you.
Yes, your online payment with us is secure. We use Shopify's latest security standards, including SSL encryption, to protect your payment information. In addition, Klarna and PayPal also guarantee high security standards for your transactions.
Yes, you can conveniently pay by credit card with us. We accept all major credit cards, and your payment details are processed through our secure Shopify payment systems.
Quality and satisfaction
Please send us a picture of the damaged or unfresh flowers within 4 days of receipt. We will then either issue a refund or, if requested, arrange for a new delivery.
Amendments and cancellations
Yes, you can change or cancel your order details (e.g., delivery address, delivery time slot, etc.) up to one day before the desired delivery date. Cancellations are subject to a fee of 3% of the order value.
